World's Easiest Gluten-Free Fried Rice

And I mean it… If you pre-cook chicken, this literally takes less than 10 mins to make!

- Just chop any veggies you have. I recommend onion, pepper, and mushrooms.

- If you don’t have any chicken, you’ll have to fry some off, but I just season it with chicken seasoning, so no thought is needed

- Fry off your veggies, and after a couple of minutes add a splash of soy sauce

- Add your chopped cooked chicken or fry off your raw chicken in the same pan

- Stick a bag of rice in the microwave

- Crack an egg in the pan, break the yolk and stir around

- Then add the microwaved rice with a splash more soy sauce (taste it and add more if you’d like). I also add some turmeric too for colour!
